About the Saddleback Music Festival
A family friendly, day-long festival dedicated to the very best music, bringing internationally acclaimed bands and the very best DJs to the heart of Wiltshire on Saturday 18th June, 2022 2pm – 1am at Devizes Rugby Club. In support of Ataxia UK and the Lily Foundation.

Under 10’s are free
All paid tickets include a £5 donation to Ataxia UK & the Lily Foundation.

The venue address is Devizes Rugby Club, London Road, Devizes, Wiltshire SN10 2DL.
Situated by London Road Bridge on the A361. Maps available on this website.
Car Parking
Arrive early as spaces are limited. £5 per vehicle. Please follow stewards’ directions to ease the flow of traffic. No overnight parking.
Other car parks are available in Devizes – West Central, Central, The Wharf, Station Road, Sheep Street and Snuff Street.
Food and Alcohol
No food or alcohol to be brought into the site (apart from baby food). There will be a variety of bars and food stalls at the venue.

Items not allowed
No glass, cans or sharp objects are permitted. Please be aware that guests may be subject to a brief search on entry as part of our security policy.
No dogs are permitted on the site, except for guide dogs. Please let us know if you are bringing a guide dog and we will arrange a safe area for you both.
Tickets terms and conditions
a – The management reserves the right to refuse admission if the ticket holder might be a risk to the safety of the audience. All persons entering the festival site may be searched as a condition of entry. Strictly no illegal substances. Possession will lead to ejection and possible prosecution.
b – The Promoter reserves the right to amend the advertised line up if circumstances beyond our control dictate this, without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
c – No duplicate tickets to be issued for lost or damaged tickets. Keep them safe!
d – A valid ticket must be produced on entry. A wristband will be issued to allow trouble free coming and going during the event.
e – No audio or video recorders, professional photographic equipment or laser pens will be permitted.
f – Festival goers consent to the photography, filming/sound recording as members of the audience which may be used for promotional or commercial activities.
g – The management reserve the right to implement any restrictions or conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safety of the site.
h – If you experience problems in the venue, please contact a steward so that the issue can be resolved prior to, or during the event.
i – There is no covered viewing area, so come prepared for inclement weather. Let’s hope the sun will be shining! And above all else enjoy yourself!
Disabled Guests
Every effort will be made to assist disabled festival goers.
We will provide dedicated disabled parking with level entry into the site.
Please note that this is a grass site and as such the ground may become difficult for wheelchairs in the event of heavy rain leading up to the event. Disabled toilets are provided and free carers tickets are available.

Information Centre
There is an information centre dedicated in assisting you with any questions or requirements that might arise. This will also act as a meeting point for any lost children and a base for lost property.
Waste
Please respect the site and use the bins provided. No fires permitted. Most importantly, please remember the NO GLASS request – the event is being held on a rugby pitch and any broken glass may lead to serious injury next season.
First Aid
St John’s Ambulance will be present on the day if anyone suffers any problems. Emergency exits will be made clear.
